EBCam’s team had great fun running in the Chariots of Fire relay race in Cambridge on Sunday 19th March 2023. We were delighted to be taking part in this iconic sporting challenge and to be raising money for Arthur Rank Hospice Charity, a cause which is very close to our hearts.
One of Cambridgeshire’s largest annual charity events, Chariots of Fire is celebrating its 30th year whilst its chosen charity, Arthur Rank Hospice Charity marks its 40th anniversary. The race starts and ends on Queens’ Green. Each runner follows a picturesque and unique 1.7-mile route through some of Cambridge’s historic city centre and world-renowned Cambridge University Colleges, over the Cam and along the Backs, before passing on the baton to the next runner at Queens’ Green and the sixth and final runner of each team crosses the finish line. The sun shone, the daffodils were out, it was a brilliant team effort and lots of funds were raised for the Hospice.
